As a kid, I was very inquisitive, I had to know how everything worked. Believe me, sometimes drove my parents nuts tearing stuff apart, and trying to building something altogether different. As I continued to grow, with a hammer in one hand, wrench in the other, that passion grew as well. My projects got bigger, working on cars, building structures on the farm, and so on.I had a thirst for knowledge that after school and college just couldn't be stopped. If there was something I didn't know, I picked up a book and learned everything I could about it. I would definitely consider myself a lifelong learner, as you will probably find me in my free time learning some new craft or further developing a current skill.As I entered into management roles, I developed a passion for teaching and mentoring others. Watching others develop and grow into successful leaders is truly one of the most rewarding gifts. When not working or socializing with family or friends, you are going to know I'm tinkering on some sort of project...who knows..never stop learning..never stop living.
