Josh is a partner in MacArthur Growth Partners, LP, a commercial real estate holding company. He was actively involved during the feasibility analysis, market analysis, land acquisition, contract negotiation, and construction of a 555 Class-A apartment community located in Oklahoma City. One of the highlights of this experience includes securing the initial construction financing through the FHA 221(d)(4) program. Josh wrote the offering memorandum, development budget, pro-forma and Summary of Sources & Uses. The offering memorandum was instrumental in raising investor equity and securing the FHA loan. It was during his tenure with Commonwealth Development that he also gained experience with affordable housing and low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).As a Business Relationship Manager, Josh was responsible for business development and portfolio management for medium sized business clients with annual revenues from $5MM-$25MM. He has a strong credit background, with an emphasis on commercial real estate lending. He previously worked as a Portfolio Manager for JPMorgan Chase & Co - Commercial Term Lending (CTL). In this role, he was responsible for assessing risk on a $1 billion portfolio of loans secured by commercial real estate. Prior to his career at JPMorgan Chase, Josh worked as an Associate for BMC Capital, a commercial real estate lender. In this role, he underwrote over $3 billion in loan requests and closed approximately $100MM commercial loans annually. He has extensive experience with CMBS, portfolio lending, FNMA, FHA, and SBA 504 loan guidelines.
