With three decades experience in finance and ICT, I have found the two skills sets complement each other well. I have worked in ICT development and consultancy, with my accounting expertise often a bonus. The last several years, my focus has been on accounting, with ICT of great added value.I enjoy using figures to create clarity for the companies I work for. Sometimes a struggle, as the accounts may be seen as annoying overhead by management, but more often than not very rewarding indeed.I am a flexible, socially apt and intelligent individual with a wide range of interests and talents. Key adjectives that describe my work attitude include: analytical, accurate, conscientious and reliable.I flourish as a team player but am quite capable of working independently as well.A substantial part of my career was spent as self-employed entrepreneur, but these days I prefer working in employment, not in the least because of the social aspect.
