Utilize expertise as regards bulk wine and grape markets to maximize financial benefit of all grape and wine transactions. Assure maintenance and upkeep of 72,000 square foot winery and all facility systems and equipment. Oversee operation of winery-owned 99-acre Tolosa Vineyard, including viticulture, grape sales, and redevelopment.As Winemaker, directly responsible for overall winery management and winemaking at this 10,000-ton custom crush facility.
