I am a hard working and committed individual who always strives to improve and be the best I can be, I have great communication skills and not afraid to take on responsibility or take charge in group situations while also being more than capable to work on my own and remain focused. I completed my apprenticeship in inspection with skills in manual inspection, CMM operating, CMM programming, DPRV trained and basic calibration skills. While doing my apprenticeship I worked in a range of departments from manual machining, eroding, lasers, press shop and more with focus on the inspection side where possible. My hard work and determination allowed me to win runner up for apprentice of the year in 2018 and then first place in 2019 as well as coming in the top 3 apprentices at college. My quick learning and communication skills also allowed me to be put in charge of our DPRV team and do what was needed to improve the process and iron out any issues that were evident. I am always looking to improve and learn new skills and better myself both at work and at home. I am flexible with work and am willing to do a range of of shifts, as well as do overtime if needed, I am also more than happy to train on new areas and take on a range of responsibilities.
