I have taken on the managerial responsibilities of the EP lab. I have held regular personal management interviews with our EP staff my director as well as our purchasing department. I also meet regularly with our EP physicians to follow our departmental trends, review our stats and determine any areas that may need process improvement. I have also represented out department at various meetings at many different levels of our facilities.

I provided patient care to the critically ill. I was also placed in charge of the unit from time to time which gave me the opportunity to work with staffing grids, making assignments, and determining acuity levels.

I worked in the Emergency Department.

I filled prescriptions, ran the cash register and also worked in the home health supply area.
