Worked in a number of senior physiotherapy roles within NUTH across all sites. Roles and responsibilities included:-Managing an independent caseload Musculoskeletal outpatients- Performing assessments using outcome measures, devising problem lists and treatment plans, reassessing patients and modifying treatment plans accordingly-Leading exercise classes including knee group, back class and rehab gym classes. -Worked in Fracture clinic I demonstrated time management skills in a high pressure and fast paced environment- assessing, treating, prioritizing and referring patients (adults and paeds) to appropriate services. -Managing caseload of Management and Self Referrals in occupational health-Department Health Champion- actively promoted health and wellbeing across the team and wider organisation. Engaging groups of staff with exercise in and out of work.- Service Development- "Return to Work Gym Class", adding education and relaxation sessions, updating the gym programs, developed specific criteria for staff inclusion in order to maximise attendance and engagement.

Worked as a personal assistant for a young man with cerebral palsy. Helped with all aspects of personal care, social and emotional support as well as aiding with personal exercise and physiotherapy programmes.

Running Musculoskeletal clinics for players of all ages groups including seniors, vets, juniors and ladies. Assessing and managing sporting injuries and guiding rehabilitation programmes.

Worked a summer in a day camp in Virginia. Lead on outdoor activities, sports and mountain biking.
