I am the founder of Rethink Buildings Ltd, specialising in the decarbonisation of existing buildings- helping clients with large portfolios define and execute their net zero carbon journey.

I have authored the industry guidance on heat pumps for domestic and non-domestic applications. My specialism is in decarbonisation of existing portfolios and design of new low-carbon developments.

Joshua specialises in programme management and commercial aspects within large projects; managing multiple simultaneous work-streams. His extensive technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems gives Joshua a broad range of capabilities. Joshua has also been involved in the more detailed aspects of procuring a district heating scheme; advising a local authority and producing tender documentation.

Joshua was part of the Sustainable Development Group at AECOM Faber Maunsell.Joshua provided a technical analysis and costing of district heating networks; developing methods for analysing data and liaising with experts from within the company.
