As part of the FNPO Virtual Route, my position sees me working with Freight Operating Companies to improve all forms of performance, with particular focus on operations, terminal logistics, train crew, fleet and planning. The aim of the role is to raise the Freight Delivery Measure for all FOCs and across the FNPO route, in addition to custom set targets.
