In my role, I have conducted interviews for, hired for, and led multiple teams of student management including Student Leaders, Office Assistants, Retail, and Quality Assurance. I have created and implemented a weekly self-audit checklist to ensure health and safety requirements were being met. I created and presented an orientation to over 200 employees aimed at giving all employees the proper training needed to be successful. Additionally, I scheduled student management teams around school and other commitments to provide appropriate coverage while also developing training programs and contracts. My biggest strength in this role has been my problem solving. Whenever there is a situation that someone does not know how to manage, I take it upon myself to figure out a solution. I also am learning more about what it takes to be a leader each day and the skills associated with that.

I cofounded an LLC with a group of 5 people that strived to provide high quality fitness and everyday apparel at an affordable cost. My primary role was social media management and marketing. I led photoshoots and created promotional advertisements to help generate both a larger following and revenue. In addition, I often used sales skills when it was time to sell product.
