I am a high energy, dedicated student and employee: studying consumer science and marketing, graduating May 2025. Currently working part-time as a Customer Service Specialist at the Madison, WI Apple store. This experience builds on my previous part-time jobs I've held since I was 14, always involved with helping people solve problems. In middle and high school, I worked as a teaching assistant for two educational organizations and co-founded a mobile car wash company during Covid (TwoTeens Detailing). This job helped me build skills related to marketing, management, customer service, selling (and upselling), time management and lots about cars and how best to clean them.During college, in addition to my current role with Apple, I work during breaks at a popular Korean restaurant in Atlanta (Gaja) as a Server and Runner. I completed a summer internship in real estate and property management and am now ready to continue building my career.
