I respond to AOG events for our customers located throughout the country and beyond. In this current position and with my past experience, I'm positioned to assist with both airframe and engine maintenance. Each time I respond to a call, I get to satisfy my hunger for learning something new. I am responsible for effectively and efficiently inspecting and troubleshooting airframe and engine systems. I coordinate with my management team, our customers, vendors, and OEM's each job to ensure clear communication and meet or exceed customer expectations. As an airframe rapid response technician, I was able to hone the skills I had learned throughout my career as a lead tech. I quickly responded to AOG events throughout the country.I loved all aspects of this position. Each event came with its own quirks and required me to exercise my critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. With each job, I learned each specific system to a deep level. I was responsible for completing and maintaining accurate and timely project documentation while also performing all maintenance involved in each project. Safety and quality were again at the top of my priority list at every job.

As a lead tech, I managed assigned inspection projects on a variety of aircraft. In this role, it was crucial to be in constant communication with all other departments to ensure project goals were met and consistent with customer expectations. Each project was unique and I prioritized tasks to make certain we were being efficient.I enjoyed the opportunity to mentor less experienced technicians. I have been passionate about training in the aviation industry and tried to make sure I was contributing at every chance.Most importantly, I took full responsibility for the safety and quality of all maintenance I performed or oversaw.
