CCALT (Colorado Cattlemen's Land Trust Organization) and MALT (Mountain Area Land Trust) - I worked on a project based internship compiling well organized geodatabases, updating property boundaries going by the legal description using the traverse COGO tool. And finally creating sets of cartographic layouts showing the conservation easements and features within and surrounding the property boundaries. Weekly virtual meetings were essential to update progress and assist with any issues facing the group. I completed ten properties during my time working on this project.DRCOG (Denver Regional Council of Governments) - Quality control by analyzing satellite imagery with an overlay of digitized infrastructure features along sectors of the Front Range of Colorado. I worked on three group sectors over five months, completing the review process accurately and on time.

Worked in collaboration with the open space ranger to map out invasive weed types using ArcGIS Field Maps to collect GPS point and polygon data of the weeds of interest. That data was used to compile ArcGIS Online web maps of the sections of open space, which included acreage information. In a much larger section of open space, we collected drone footage for later analysis along with some ground truthing to map out the most critically important invasive weed type in that area. This project assisted with targeted grazing in open space areas for a wildfire mitigation strategy.
