After several years in the building trade first, as a Plumber and Gas Fitter then as a Fire Sprinkler Fitter, I prided myself on delivering the best service possible to my customers. When I decided to conduct a few personal projects, I saw the impact of poor quality tradespeople and the lack of attention to detail that existed within this industry.
