The Exception Resolution Department is essentially production control. We coordinate between customer service and manufacturing to ensure inventory is on hand; that assembly is not over capacity with orders, and availability of parts. We work hand in hand with Engineering, Shipping, Customer Service, Warehouse, Material Management, Supplier Relations, and Manufacturing.

Responsible for the accurate and expeditious delivery of parts to assembly. Used handheld computer to adjust inventory. Acting as coordinator on a rotating basis; worked with assembly supervisors and material handling team to ensure delivery of desired work orders in an accurate and timely manner.

Worked on assembly line building LED, Linear Fluorescent, and HID lighting fixtures. Certified on Canopy Petroleum and Linear Fluorescent HI-Bay fixture assembly lines.
