Responsible for all aspects of self-perform construction projects including bidding new projects, building budgets, developing schedules, RFI's/submittals, tracking production, monthly financial reporting, monthly billing, change proposals, QA/QC, safety management, communication with design team/owner, etc. Management of multiple types of projects including lump sum, GMP, negotiated work, design build work, etc. My role also requires managing multiple projects with the help of project engineers/superintendents to provide safe, quality and profitable projects including mentoring and guidance of Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers as they grow and develop.

As a Senior Project Engineer at Tarlton I am part of a team of outstanding individuals that are tasked with managing a wide variety of complex projects. These projects primarily consist of new build concrete construction. A majority of our projects are in or around the St. Louis area which allows us to focus on providing a quality product for many neighboring companies.

Maintain projects involved with civil design including culvert design, road construction. Also involved with inspection with the help of professional engineers.

I worked on a boundary survey with a professional surveyor using a data collector and a robotic station. We worked down an existing sewer line marking out the elevation and manholes on a 2-3 mile long stretch.
