Current● Supported EMD phase of RFCM for initial build in factory including managing drawing priorities to limit Operations roadblocks, provide drawing improvements, and communicate upcoming issues. ● Developed develop customer required qualification procedures and performed qualification testing for RFCM program to hit program milestone dates. ● Coordinated with 4 pathways engineers to developed QBS/QBA documents for RFCM program to ensure all documents were completed on time ● Partnered with electrical engineering to develop CCA for Vicious Goat, including initial BOM, layout creation, and initial thermal analysis ● Worked with Colorado-based department and traveled to site to support proposal on updates to SMORS program ● Mentored lower-level engineers on mechanical engineering basics such as RN and drawing development, as well as provided feedback for larger drawings such as qual documents and QBS/QBA’s. ● Supported RFCM drawing release drive, releasing over 15 drawings in 2 months on both simple and highly complex assemblies. Tasks included: Vocalizing CREO to MPLM integration issues Assisting team leads in integrating MPLM on time and within budget ● Developed test fixture assembly for APR39 Antenna using both internal and externally developed custom components. Worked with vendors to identify and develop appropriate cable and connector solutions● Worked with electrical engineering to develop new automated LVPS test fixture release for NP release and build structure before first LVPS assemblies were available to test. ● Designed and provided ANSYS mechanical analysis of Integrated Microwave Assembly for IMA-R iCDR ● Supported production line analysis of over-torque condition and provided recommendations for improvement to program management for rework of existing units and design improvements.
