Oversee Red Bull Energy Drink Sales in Eastern Nebraska and Western IowaDirectly manage a sales team of 7 account managers in Large, Small, and Non Traditional Accounts.Negotiate contracts/promotions with Tier II Chain Accounts and Independent Accounts.Prepare Quarterly and Annual Business Plan/Recaps.Directly work with Red Bull North America on sales/market execution.Meet with Area Supervisors/Managers in Key Accounts quarterly to review sales and market plan.Work with General Manager to set monthly KPI goals for company and account managers.
