OverviewA Production Delivery Manager is responsible for driving their own production as well as executing the vision, purpose, and strategy for overall delivery for Applications Development in the marketplace. Overseeing a group of Recruiter Leads that are aligned to a specialized product and/or vertical, the Delivery Manager holds the leadership team accountable with respect to delivering on company values and initiatives. The Delivery Manager oversees the talent strategy for Applications Development business in the market by identifying talent needs, aligning talent allocation to meet organizational goals, and growing and developing the delivery team’s Leads and other recruiters. Responsibilities• Allocate talent based on market demand, delivery gaps and growth opportunity within Applications Development business across the market• Build and maintain partnerships as the key connector between local offices and other field offices• Partner with the leads and PD to create a consistent New Recruiter Onboarding experience, and hold everyone accountable to the training standards set forth• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure the development of Recruiter Leads, and foster an environment that encourages reinforcing and developmental feedback• Promote ongoing learning• Drive company values and initiatives• Partner with the Director(s), other Delivery Managers, and RLs / SLs to set goals to drive business success• Build strong relationships and maintain trust with individuals both in and out of the centers • Challenge team to think strategically and hold team accountable to ensure success in their role• Manage the operational success through analysis of complex reporting (e.g. QOP, Activity Tracking, Pipeline Reports, etc.)• Review data in BI, WIN reports and DRZ to gauge performance• Assess potential attrition risks and devise hiring plans accordingly to maximize spread growth in the team• Identify strategic business opportunities to propel growth
