Josh Carson "JC3" is a versatile content creator whose passion and professionalism is evident in his work. Currently, he's pursuing his passion in sports media as a video editor for MaxPreps, America's source for high school sports. MaxPreps is a branch of CBS Sports Digital, a Paramount company. In his first year with the company, Carson contributed to MaxPreps hitting a record 1 Billion YouTube views and 1 Million subscribers through visual storytelling.In college Carson would gain experience in the field as the play-by-play broadcaster and reporter for Jessup Athletics. He also continued to build a successful channel on YouTube that has evolved over the years and now focuses on basketball and sneaker topics.Carson created the channel in 2012, that has since amassed over 40,000 subscribers and 17,000,000 views. In 2019, he won the BBTV NBA Playmakers video contest with his piece on Portland Trailblazers point guard Damian Lillard, earning him a trip to Summer League.He was an innovator in every stage of his education. At Roseville High School, Carson started EyeoftheTiger Sports Network, a weekly sports show that aired to the entire student body. He also produced and called play-by-play on football and basketball livestreams.Carson also gained production experience on a team of highly-skilled professionals at Illuminate Production Services INC. As an audio-visual-lighting associate, he was afforded the opportunity to serve a variety of clients and was a contributor to the Space Needle 2021 NYE show.
