U15 Boys Academy Lead Coach- The team compete in both the Camden & Islington Youth League (7-a-side) & Watford Friendly League (11-a-side)Performance Analyst - Delivering Performance Analysis to YDP teams at Bloomsbury Football (U11-U18)

Working closely alongside both our Academy Manager and Girls Programme Manager to ensure that the Academy programme at Bloomsbury runs as effectively and efficiently as possible. Role and responsibilities include:- Overseeing over 350 academy players across both the girls’ and boys’ programmes from U7 – U18- Upskilling the 20 + academy assistant coaches that assist our lead academy coaches- Completing various administrative tasks to ensure the academy operates effectively and efficiently - Communicating with parents and stakeholders to ensure we uphold our high-quality product

- Oversee the day-to-day facility management of over 45 venues per week across Bloomsbury Football - Negotiation of long-term contracts with new facilities- Creation of an outreach database that contains over 200+ accessible facilities for use in London that could cater our multiple programmes

- Creation and overseeing of a brand-new analysis programme for the Academy at Bloomsbury Football- Capturing 60% of games per week via VEO AI camera technology- Tagging and clipping fixtures using HUDL- Utilizing video editing and design software to produce match reports and presentations- Creation of data visualization tools for both coaches and players to use to understand data underpin-ning performance- Managing a small team of analysts

- Tagging of elite-level padel matches that contribute towards data collection projects that can help influence coaching and player development within the sport

Video scouting internship to which I am responsible for scouting the following leagues: - Romanian Superliga - Croatian HNL My roles & responsibilities include: - Creating match reports that are able to provide a succinct but informative insight into players participating in selected fixtures- Create more detailed individual player reports that provide a more in-depth insight into players that possess potential to play for FCDT- Create shadow teams over 4 week blocks that can be shared with the recruitment staff, providing a summary of identified players - Maintaing a database of all the players scouted during my time at FCDT

Tagging of elite level tennis matches in support of the British tennis professionals as part of Skylab's collaboration with the LTA. Matches were either tagged via a point-by-point data capture, or shot-by-shot. “We have worked alongside Skylab: Elite Performance Analysis over the last four years on our Data Capture partnership. The team have consistently delivered match analysis data to the highest of standards with fast turnaround times and effective communication, always meeting our expectations.This data helps our Performance Analysis team deliver targeted and impactful video and statistical intelligence that underpins evidence-based coaching and enable more effective decision making. The match analysis data supports a range of areas of work across Player Development, Opponent Analysis, Tournament Support, Programme Selections, and our National Teams in major tournaments throughout the year.” - LTA, 2022

In charge of analysis for both the U13 and U14 age groups which includes roles such as;- Filming home fixtures in preparation for them to be analysed- Coding the above fixtures in order to produce player clips, opposition clips, events of note for both teams, and clips demonstrating any coaching points- Coding any away fixture games that are sent across from opposing teams in order to produce the above criteria- Uploading clips for players & staff to view - Filming training sessions . Producing clips of first team players out on loan from whole game footage sent from their loan club. Filming First Team training sessions

Volunteer football coach at my local football team in my hometown in Norfolk, UK. I worked with the varying age groups that were part of the club (U7-U16), taking training sessions during the week and assisting on match days where required as well as taking my own team for 2 seasons. It is here that I started my coaching badge journey, undertaking my FA Level 1 Coaching award towards the end of my time here. Deleted in order to move away to study my undergraduate degree.
