Working within a fast-paced Payroll department specialising in delivering payroll management and intermediary services to UK contractors and employment agencies. Our payroll services cover areas such as Umbrella, CIS, Self Employed and Bureau payroll services as well as Accounting and Tax solutions for Contractors. - Extensive use of Merit Payroll Software.- Quality Checking timesheet information for over 3500 contractors every week.- Extensive use of Salesforce to internally communicate the resolution of payroll queries.- Generating and sending invoices to clients.- Responding to customer and client queries surrounding pay slips, timesheets, holiday pay, CIS and tax.- Issuing of P45’s to external contractors.- Supporting Payroll Coordinators and Customer Service Teams, including telephone support whenneeded.- Processing Holiday Pay and Payroll Advance Requests.- Processing Expenses.- Running weekly payroll reports, including but not limited to payroll movement reports and pensionupload.- Importing payroll data using Excel.- Completing CPD to remain competent with the latest tax regulations and payroll software.- Building and maintaining strong, credible and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.- Adhoc duties and responsibilities surrounding the above.
