About Josh Compton

I have spent the last 20 years improving supply chain throughput, efficiencies and quality of delivered product to consumers all over the world. Thanks to multiple promotions throughout my career, I have been at an executive level leading big box clients (Walmart, Lowes, Abercrombie, DSW, etc.) to fulfill their clients needs within world-class service levels. I've been fortunate to stand-up, reprofile, engineer, rethink the way distributions centers operated throughout my journey.Recently I have joined the ClearView team where I have been able to bring my logistics background to a partnership that has a focus on talent development, management, attraction and retention, which have always been a large part of my skill set as I led more than 2k employees through multiple peaks and valleys; a common part of dynamic supply chains.
