I don't consider myself a typical manager. I try to lead by example and I strive to make my people better everyday cause i know if they are treated right that the customer will be treated right. Most of my day i try to keep everyone motivated and teach everything I know. I won't make anyone do what i wouldn't do. Obviously I do the typical managerial duties everyday but that's only a small portion of the day.

Grove City, Ohio

As a marketing director my duties included running the Grove City location where I hired and trained canvassers as well as went out and talked with potential customers and also did in home sales where I had a 90% close rating.

Alum Bank, Pa

I would pick up raw milk from the farmers and transport it to the processing plant. My duties during the day required me to have a hauler/sampler license to actually be able to transport the milk, also I had to constantly keep a clean truck as well as all my equipment and be able to maneuver a tractor-trailer in very precarious conditions.
