As a Teaching Associate specializing in Organic and Physical Chemistry, I am deeply committed to enhancing student learning and engagement. With over nine years of experience in instructing undergraduate courses, I have a proven track record in leading wet laboratories, tutorials, and workshops, as well as contributing to curriculum development and assessment.I strive to create an engaging and enjoyable learning environment that enriches students' educational experiences. I earned my Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science with a specialization in Medicinal Chemistry from Monash University's Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science in 2013. Following this, I completed an honours year with first-class honours in 2014.In 2018, I obtained my Ph.D. from Monash University, where I focused on Organic Chemistry and Chemical Biology. My doctoral research involved designing and developing fluorescent probes for monitoring GPCR trafficking at the subcellular level. After earning my Ph.D., I transitioned from laboratory research to academia, where I aim to equip undergraduate students with the essential skills and knowledge they need to excel in both laboratory settings and their professional careers.In addition to my academic role, I serve as a scribe for DFP Recruitment, specializing in scribing services for the Australian public service. DFP provides a highly effective, streamlined scribing service, enabling clients to focus on their core business objectives. My responsibilities include taking detailed notes, writing comprehensive reports, and assisting with the interview and hiring process. This role ensures that governmental clients can maintain strict compliance with scribing protocols and merit principles while benefiting from flexible, timely, and secure scribing services.
