Recently a Gallo Family Vineyard campaign that ran for 3 months, with festival and guerilla activity.

Initially involved in the Project Management Team and then as of the live dates as the Site Manager for both the Hidden House Scare Attraction and overseeing the Santa's Grotto. My main responsibilities were focused primarily at the Hidden House, managing up to 40 staff per day, organising rotas, responsible for the accounting of the daily takings, which totalled £170k by the end of the activity, responsible for the upkeep of the Hidden House and any logistical or practical issues encountered throughout the campaign, liaison with high level management and banking, motivation of staff, customer service problems and publicity of the attraction.
