I am a young professional looking to further my career. I have experience handling ticketing for the NBA, NHL as well as some of the biggest tours in music. I used my passion for the industry, strong communication skills, swift and fair problem resolution, leadership, proficient knowledge of TMHost and Archtics ticketing systems, as well as my never ending desire to learn to help me succeed. I have been employed in the ticketing industry since January of 2015 and have worked hundreds of Detroit Pistons and Red Wings games, and hundreds of concerts across multiple venues. During the COVID shutdowns, I returned to school and obtained an Associate's degree from Macomb Community College in December 2021 and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Oakland University in April 2023. During my time at Oakland University, I obtained President's List honors for the Winter 2022, Summer 2022, and Fall 2022 semesters and received awards for my performance at the regional Model UN conference in November 2022. I also did an internship with Kevin Rinke for Governor during Summer 2022.Upon graduation, I have started in the banking and financial services industry as a Relationship Officer with Oxford Bank. Using the skills I learned in the sports and entertainment industry, in this role I develop relationships with small business owners and figure out how to best help their business grow through our deposit, loan, and cash management product offerings. I have since returned to school to pursue my MBA with a concentration in finance from Wayne State University with an expected graduation date of June 2025.
