As a lead brewer at Collective Arts the majority of my time is spent problem solving and helping organize the efficient and practical flow of wort from the brewhouse into the cellars and the beer leaving the cellars being prepared for packaging.Normal brewing operations (brewing, CIP's, filtration, etc) are an important aspect of the work that I do as well as training new hires and aiding less senior brewers in improving their efficiencies.
