• Supply clients with a variety of products ranging from health and hygiene items to company apparel to occupational safety equipment.
• Provide a needs assessment evaluation to clients identifying such factors as pricing/budgeting, availability of the product and the quality they should expect.
• Develop a sales plan based on the client’s individual needs and industry trends while maintaining expectation of exceeding sales quotas.
• Maintain knowledge base of over 3,000 products including up-to-date information on any new federal guidelines (OSHA).
• Participate in a weekly leadership sales conference targeted to area managers that display potential for advancement within the company.
