I am responsible for estimating and preparing tenders for a variety of remedial building projects up to $15m. I liaise with engineers, building consultants and asset owners to better understand the challenges faced on potential projects. Ensuring accurate quantities and measurements are taken and conduct sub-contractor briefings to minimise risk. Preparing estimates and using my site experience to create construction programs for tender review and creating and presenting the tender submissions upon completion. I act as first point of contact in tender negotiations and contract preparation.I then carry the project through to pre-commencement, which involves briefing the operations/project management team, setting construction pre-start targets and conducting pre-start meetings. I will usually conduct project financial analysis during and upon completion of a project and provide commentary to the directors. When required I am also happy to put my site experience to good use and manage the successful delivery of the projects.

I oversee remedial waterproofing projects across Sydney. Experienced in PVC, TPO, Bituminous and Butynol sheet membranes as well as most liquid and epoxy systems.I look after training and development of apprentices and in house trainees for the preparation and application of waterproofing systems.I also liaise between suppliers, engineers, sub-contractors and project managers to create suitable waterproofing solutions.I hold qualifications in construction waterproofing as well as tickets for confined spaces, working at heights, basic scaffolding and first aid.
