As a planning engineer at Storm Aviation, I am responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of aircraft maintenance and repair activities in Prestwick. Having successfully implemented a number of procedures and processes leading to the continuous development and improvement of the departments, I was appointed the Engineering Support Manager and look after the Doc Control, Planning and Project Managment departments on a daily basis. I have over 12 years of experience in planning, sales, and travel, and I use my skills to improve processes, manage resources, and deliver high-quality service to our clients and partners.Before joining Storm Aviation, I worked as a traffic planner at Circle Express Ltd, where I coordinated the transport of freight across the UK, maintained customer relationships, and supervised vehicle maintenance. I also have a passion for travel and tourism, and I was a successful tour consultant and a ski resort representative at IBT Travel Group, where I exceeded sales targets, provided detailed travel information, and handled customer issues in various locations.
