I supported hotels between the Northeast and previously into the Midwest region. Working closely with the General Managers, my focused approach helped the hotels to reach peak performance through maximizing profitability while cultivating a positive team culture with a very guest focused environment.

I have held various positions with Emerald Hospitality starting with a Front Office Manager position in 2005 at the Hilton Garden Inn Freeport, General Manager at Hampton Inn Freeport, General Manager at Hampton Inn Presque Isle (new construction/opening). I was moved back to the Hilton Garden Inn Freeport in May 2010 as the General Manager.
