Working as a referee for the Intramural Sports department at Liberty University required a great deal of patience and the ability to work under pressure. I also learned how to tactfully handle and deescalate situations of conflict. I was promoted to a supervisor position and was directly in charge of hiring, training, and managing 15 employees.

As a counselor at Crista Camps, I was responsible for a group of 7-10 campers. I would oversee and mentor them during meal times, camp activities, and cabin times. This was a 24/7 job that taught leadership, accountability, and time management while also providing opportunities to branch out, try new things, and convey the Gospel with my words and actions.

As an aide at Kitsap Physical Therapy, my responsibilities were to welcome patients, initiate their warm-up exercises, clean the examination rooms, and maintain the equipment and laundry. I also worked as a receptionist for the office which required clerical work, answering phones, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
