Working in customer service within my current employment since 2018, I have gained experience in providing customers with an excellent level of service and dealing with a variety of issues. This has meant I have gained a curious mindset and will investigate such issues or concerns until the customer is satisfied. Within my working environment, I also have experience in leadership and working as a team as I have given one to one training for colleagues as well as mentorship for new starters. I have since been more involved in the side of customer service that is not necessarily customer facing but still has a massive impact on the customer journey. I have begun to do this in my current employment and have a good technical knowledge of the more commonly used systems and software including some experience with coding databases (SQL). I believe this is where I would like to focus my career and develop further in the more technical side of customer service.
