As President at DCW Shoreline, Josh leads a team of specialists in restoring and enhancing residential lakeshore properties starting in Ontario, Canada. With his Red Seal Licensed Journeyman Welder degree and over six years of experience in custom welding, he oversees the design and installation of quality steel products that improve the aesthetics and value of our clients' waterfronts. As well he manages the marketing strategy and public relations of the company, which has grown rapidly since its inception in 2017. In addition, Josh is the CEO of Red Cardinal Media Group, a company that acquires and operates billboard signs and ground leases in rural areas in Canada, and the President of DeVries Custom Welding, where he started his career in 2017. His core competencies include strategic planning, marketing, and leadership.
