Individuals ranged from DIRECTV and LifeShield Stakeholders, subscribers using LifeShield and competitive products and power users of home automation such as professional sports agents.-Unpacked empathy data, developed value propositions based on collected insights, synthesized customer lifecycle and user personas to narrow design and UI/UX development, presented findings to President.

-Implemented Facebook open graph text tracker responsible for over two million actions to date.-Designed flows in Adobe Fireworks and Photoshop for numerous features of the app including the open graph integration (iPhone/Android) and usability of international release and transition to iOS 7.-Brainstormed with design team regarding user retention and acquisition, Beta tested new products.

-Project leader; managed team of five researchers investigating emerging market sector of “Quantified Self.”-Internship culminated in a final VC pitch of a potentially disruptive new product.
