I am a final-year Business Economics student at the University of Liverpool, consistently achieving a First Class across my studies, including my placement year, and I am focused on maintaining this academic success through to graduation. My degree has provided me with a solid foundation in economic theory, data analysis, and financial management, all of which I’ve been able to apply practically through my recent 12-month placement at Grant Thornton. As an Audit Associate in commercial audit, I gained hands-on experience working with a diverse range of clients, enhancing my Microsoft skills and building upon my soft skills. This role developed my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment. In addition to my placement at Grant Thornton, I have worked in customer-facing roles at Wetherspoons and Boots, where I further honed my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. These experiences helped me to become adaptable and to thrive in high-pressure situations, while also improving my ability to engage with a wide range of people.Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I recently completed a half marathon, an achievement that reflects my determination and commitment to setting and reaching personal goals. I’m also an active member of the Economics Football team at university, which has allowed me to balance my studies with regular physical activity and further develop my teamwork and leadership abilities.I am enthusiastic about applying my knowledge and skills to new challenges and am particularly interested in exploring opportunities within finance, audit, business strategy and banking. I am always open to learning and developing professionally, and I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss potential opportunities or connect!

Boots offer incredible customer service to all their customers, and I had to uphold this reputation. I had to work on tills, keep the store tidy and fully stocked and assist the customers with shopping.
