I am a qualified accountant and experienced finance professional specialising in Series A investment, with an extensive background in transaction services and financial advisory. I am currently the Associate Director at Committed Capital, a growth venture capital fund. In this role, I am responsible for the sourcing, execution and general leading of investments while providing strategic guidance to a select group of portfolio companies.Committed Capital has a sector-agnostic approach, focusing on tech solutions that have already demonstrated market traction but require additional investment to unlock their early-stage potential. As engaged investors, we maintain a small cohort of investee companies, allowing us to dedicate our expertise and time to assisting management teams in driving sustainable growth.Before joining Committed Capital, I qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC. Throughout my tenure at PwC, I successfully managed deals across sectors such as retail, industrial products, technology, and financial services. My role primarily involved conducting vendor and buy-side financial due diligence and advising mid-market PE funds on acquisition or sale of businesses.My experience in financial analysis, deal execution, and strategic advisory enables me to effectively identify high-potential investment opportunities and guide portfolio companies towards long-term success.
