After operating a successful Kickstarter campaign, we launched Columbus Park Ramen Shop in the garage space attached to Happy Gillis Cafe, bringing the first dedicated Ramen shop to KCMO. We crafted Japanese ramen with a Midwestern accent, using the best local products available.

I served as the Sous Chef under James Beard award-winning chef Debbie Gold, the Interim Executive Chef after she left and worked alongside Chef Michael Corvino for 5 months until I left to run Happy Gillis Cafe and Hangout.
