I have participated on and led teams most of my life. From playing in the Rose Bowl, to caring for those experiencing homelessness, to executive recruiting, coaching football, founding churches and non-profits, leading through challenging leadership transitions, caring for executives and the organizations they lead, team-building is my passion. I’ve experienced the highs and lows of teams and am committed to building healthy, meaningful, productive, and joyful teams.
