Starting as a temporary stores officer at AerFin in 2018, I quickly grew into the role and progressed to a full-time position two months later. During my time at AerFin, I developed a wide range of skillsets, including operating the FLT, IATA DG by Air and Aerospace Internal Audit qualifications. I was able to fully support the stores, sales and repairs teams at both Bedwas and Gatwick sites, at a high level, managing my daily workload and being able to cover both receiving and dispatch teams depending on the daily priorities. I trained and mentored existing staff and new staff in the correct way of managing very expensive and critical aviation spare parts. I supported regular stock audits for AerFin and the outside finance audit companies and helped with the Alton Audit in 2019 at both sites, prior to the sale AerFin to CataCap locating 100% of stock and no errors.I am currently enrolled on a CQI / IRCA Professional Quality Foundation course with the aim to improve my knowledge in problem solving, risk and change management, process design and management systems.My professional experience and skillset includes: AS9100:2016 Internal Auditor – 2019
