With over three years of work experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry, I am a lead designer at Howdens, where I create and deliver solutions for clients' needs and preferences. I joined Howdens in December 2023, after working as a showroom manager at Quooker UK for more than a year. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales, and customer service of the showroom, as well as managing a team of sales consultants. I also worked as a client sales manager at Quooker Ireland, where I promoted and sold the innovative tap that does it all to residential. I have excellent customer service and leadership skills, as well as fluency in French, English, and Creole. I am passionate about designing and managing showrooms that showcase the latest trends and technologies in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom industry, and that provide a satisfying and enjoyable experience for customers. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to collaborate with other professionals and experts in the field. I value creativity, innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, and I aim to deliver them in every project I work on.
