With over 15 years of experience in broadband and utility construction, I am driven by a passion for connecting communities and creating opportunities. As Owner and Chief Strategy Officer at EPC, I focus on bridging the digital divide, fostering innovation, and delivering solutions that empower both our partners and the communities we serve.At EPC, we’ve built more than networks—we’ve built a culture of excellence and progress. What began seven years ago with just two people and a single drill has grown into the largest broadband construction company in North Louisiana. Today, our team of over 150 professionals serve eight states, delivering transformative solutions that ensure equitable access to opportunity.In recent years, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering broadband deployment funding mechanisms, including GUMBO, BEAD, RUS, USDA, and ARPA programs. This deep understanding allows me to help ISPs and other partners navigate these resources to grow their networks and achieve their goals. As a practical deployment Subject Matter Expert (SME), I collaborate with state broadband offices to ensure our projects are not only innovative but also operationally sound.We are reimagining ISP financing through strategic partnerships that explore innovative pathways to fund and expand networks. By aligning construction financing, attracting long-term investment, and structuring flexible agreements, we help ISPs unlock opportunities that might otherwise remain out of reach. These creative approaches empower us to deliver broadband infrastructure in ways that address immediate needs while ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success.My work doesn’t stop with deployment. I am passionate about workforce development, partnering with community colleges to design broadband-specific training programs that equip local talent to build and support critical infrastructure. These efforts not only advance the industry but also create meaningful opportunities for the individuals and communities we serve.At the heart of my leadership is a commitment to progress and innovation, guided by the Rockefeller Habits and a belief that “the way it’s always been done” is rarely the way forward.
