I oversaw the content, assets and means by which we deliver on that promise. Specifically, all content marketing efforts, creative services and design, video production, social media channels, merchandise design and the overall customer journey.

Responsible for the brand development and creative direction for Ragnar Relay Series, the nation's largest series of overnight running relay races. Oversaw all brand efforts, content marketing and acquisition marketing for all Ragnar events across the United States with over 100,000 participants in both trail and road relays.Shepherded the brand transition from an events company to a lifestyle brand that attracted a cult-like following, national attention and top tier national sponsors.

As the Graphics Editor, I established a brand-specific set of style guidelines and expectations to ensure that every visualization – from the smallest chart to the display art on the front page – maintained brand guidelines and upheld the highest design standards.Specialized in taking complex processes and large data sets and creating compelling, easy-to-understand visualizations. Managed a small team of designers, including designing and implementing an in-house project management and workflow tracking system.While at the Deseret News, I created thousands of visualizations and I often worked with reporters and editors to research, develop and launch interactive infographics as stand-alone stories and as supplements to enterprise pieces.
