I have extensive experience in domestic construction projects, My responsibilities include:- Cost projections to analyse the viability of potential developments- Land negotiations to obtain option agreements - Appoint and work alongside necessary consultants to obtain viable planning permissions - Value engineer projects exploring material options available - Appoint & Manage sub-contractors for all elements of the construction- Sourcing Materials in conjunction with project schedule- Manage warranty & building control sign offs- Aid in the individual unit sales process and provide ongoing support in line with NHBC guidelines
