• Receive and process 24x7 high-volume calls from end user customer to provide T1 transport network resolution.• Directly interface with end user customers of National accounts and small businesses.• Resolved network and VPN tunnel provisioning issues for Tier 1 and Tier 2 order status, delivery, activations and event scheduling, adjusting the terminology to the needs of the customer.Reduce T1 transport and VPN SLA conformance restrictions on new installs by partnering and supporting all Sprint account teams and customers. • Analyze T1 transport provisioning and tunnel builds verifying accuracy within gateway routers to lessen impact to client server network utilizing mainframe and web-based software systems and Microsoft Suite products.• Exceed minimum standards of daily numbers for T1 transport installation, testing, troubleshooting and triage.• On-time installations of Domain Name Server (DNS) routes and Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol version 3 tunnel builds to gateway routers over the Sprint-link network.• On-time installation and testing/troubleshooting of T1 transport and sub-rate network and LAN equipment.• Investigate and troubleshoot T1 transport alarms through 3/1 DACS for analysis of chronic issues with restoral of customer T1 transport network to include disaster recovery.• Installation of Wireless T1 transport and sub-rate lines with emphasis on troubleshooting chronic issues via alarm monitoring and isolation of core issue.• Diagnose and provide T1 / T3 transport analysis of isolated network breakdown in communications network utilizing both historical databases and customer input.• Remote resolution of T1 transport via telecommuting for on-call issues involving chronic alarms via REACT, EXCEED, PuTTY, SunGard Monitoring Systems• BERT-screen testing and analysis of PSN2 networks for systems analysis of customer networks.
