• Understanding the Client requirements and formulate the Search Strings based on the requirements.• Experience in end-to-end Recruitment Cycle in IT Recruitments• Understanding of technology skills and ability to map them to business requirements.• Responsible for Searching, identifying new consultants for current job openings.• Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.• Good working experience in working on job boards like Dice,Monster,Career Builder and prohires.• Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references.• Maintaining and updating a large database of resumes used for current and future job placement.• Handling candidates interview scheduling accordingly• Good Experience working on US tax terms( c2c,w2,1099)• Good Knowledge on Visas and Status (OPT,H1B,GC,EAD and Citizen’s) • Experience in recruiting US Citizen, Green card Holder, EAD, H1B, etc. for direct client requirements & vendor requirements.
