Since 2013 I have worked at Awards Australia, managing award programs such as the Community Achievement Awards, Regional Achievement and Community Awards and the Young Achiever Awards. All of these programs are designed to shine a light on the achievements of people in the community, those who are making a difference. By sharing their stories, we provide positive role models and help to build strong and vibrant communities.To deliver these awards programs we partner with organisations of all sizes. I regularly work with large companies, mainstream and community media, universities and TAFE's, small businesses, not-for-profits and state government departments.My current role as Partnerships Manager allows me to work with organisations who have a real interest in supporting the communities where they do business and to help them achieve great marketing results, whilst making an impact in the community. I'm passionate about developing strong relationships, forming strategic partnerships and working together with like minded individuals and organisations to make a difference.Prior to Awards Australia, I worked in the Oil & Gas Industry and developed a love for Excel! I learnt from many amazing people and was fortunate to work with some incredible people and fantastic managers.
