The Amegy Bank Banker Development Program (BDP) is a rotational credit and sales training program designed to provide a solid foundation in the basics of banking. It provides an opportunity to apply finance and accounting skills to assess credit and business risk, while also developing strong sales skills within the first year of employment through hands-on experiences.Rotations Completed throughout the program:- Corporate Banking: Assisted in underwriting and completed financial analysis for both public and private companies of over $500 Million in revenue. Aided in the assessment of a borrower's creditworthiness through sensitivity analysis and cash flow models, and industry analysis and research.- International Banking: Assisted in the underwriting of Letters of Credit, EXIM loan facilities, and treasury management services for domestic clients operating internationally, and Foreign Direct Investments from companies headquartered abroad. - Private Banking: Assisted in underwriting for both high net worth individuals and their respective businesses. Performed individual cash flow and debt service analysis for guarantor reliant credits for middle market C&I.- Commercial Lending: Assisted in underwriting and financial analysis for middle market commercial and industrial businesses between $20 million and $80 million in revenue. Performed cash flow analysis, borrowing base determinations, and participated in covenant structuring conversations.

Amegy Bank’s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide college students with an opportunity to gain knowledge, experience, and exposure in the banking industry.
