Ever since I was able to, I've held a job. I began as an intern back in high-school where I created the 211 system for DC, Maryland, and Virginia with my friend at the time. It's a call in service for the homeless and needy to find shelters and other necessities. I worked as a Produce Clerk for Giant Foods where I interacted with customers on a day to day basis and made sure that only the freshest products were presented. Then I worked as a caller for George Mason University, where I study Russian. I have a basic fluency in the language. I raised upwards of $20,000 dollars for the University by calling alumni everyday and convincing them to donate through active listening and arguments. Persistence is the key to anything including stubborn people. I went on to be a supervisor for that call center where I managed over fifteen people at a time. I dealt with them on a personal basis, dealing with their issues and making them excited for the job. I taught them how to be better callers and people. I then worked for AFLAC as an Insurance Agent, cold calling businesses and setting up appointments to pitch them insurance. Currently I work at The Container Store as a salesman. I operate directly with customers on the sales floor everyday. I look for ways to hone my skills and knowledge at the job constantly and I love connecting with people. And I've written my first fantasy book called Rumblings in Remardan which you can find on Amazon.
